Crime free multi housing
Initiated into our communities in June of 1997, the crime free multi housing program is a simple and effective program to assist complex managers in screening potential tenants and keeping illegal activity out of rental properties. Through improved security and education in tenant screening, calls for service to police are reduced and legitimate tenants are safer.
The program essentially displaces unwanted tenants involved in criminal activity and inspires problem tenants to conform to the standards set, thereby, reducing criminal activity and calls for police services.
