Volunteering with the North Vancouver RCMP is a great way to:

How Do I Apply?
Volunteer Application forms are available at either of the two North Vancouver Community Policing Centres or at the Main Detachment.
In order to become a volunteer at an RCMP Community Policing Centre, applicants must be able to fulfill these minimum requirements:
- Be nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of application.
- Commit to a minimum of one (1) year of service. Provide at least three (3) hours per week and be able to attend all required training sessions and meetings.
- Hold a valid BC Driver’s Licence (required only if interested in programs that require the use of a Community Policing vehicle).
- Have and maintain a clean driving record for the past five (5) years.
- Must not be under investigation by any police force.
- Consent to a criminal record and background check.
- Take an Oath of Confidentiality.
- Have the ability to write and communicate well in the English language.
- Be a Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant.
