The Campbell River RCMP are investigating after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 300 block of Cedar Street at approximately 5:30 am on June 22nd, 2023.

One woman is in hospital in serious, but stable condition.

The area of Cedar Street was closed for several hours to allow for a thorough investigation by RCMP traffic analysts.

If you were in the area of the 300 block of Cedar St, between 5:00-5:30 am on June 22, 2023, and witnessed this incident or were travelling in the vicinity and have dash cam footage, please call the Campbell River RCMP directly at 250-286-6221.
