On January 13, 2023 at 12:34am, the Fort St John RCMP received a report of a structure fire at Upper Pine Gospel Chapel located in Rose Prairie, BC which was already fully engulfed at the time of the report.
Based on witness information, no one was to be in the structure at the time of the fire.

The Investigation is in the early stages and will be ongoing
, said Constable Chad Neustaeter. Further investigation will continue once the structure has cooled enough to better evaluate.
