File # 2025-3377

On January 20, 2025 at approximately 4:19 a.m., Kelowna RCMP responded to a break and enter at a business in the 300-block of Banks Road. Officers were able to determine a vehicle was used to crash through the front of the store where a large amount of sports memorabilia was then quickly stolen.

The vehicle used was a white 2004 Ford F550 flat deck stolen not ten minutes prior from a business located in the 3500-block of Edwards Road. Police have determined at least two suspects used a second getaway vehicle to flee after leaving the stolen Ford F550 on scene. The second vehicle is described only as a white pickup truck and was observed parked across the street beside a neighbouring business during the break-in.

We are asking any businesses in the area with CCTV to have a look and see if they captured this incident, along with any helpful video just prior and after the break-in, says Cpl. Michael Gauthier Kelowna RCMP Media Relations Officer. Officers are still collecting evidence and this investigation remains ongoing.

Anyone with information regarding this break and enter is asked to phone the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300 and reference police file number 2025-3377. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may also contact Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or online at www.crimestoppers.net.
