On April 3, 2024 a caller reported seeing a person laying on the side of the road near Lytton off of Hwy 1. Lytton RCMP members patrolled the area and located a man walking along the road who stated he was laying down earlier to simply rest his feet. He planned to continue walking to his destination. There were no further concerns.

On April 5, 2024 a caller reported someone stole his truck parked on Panorama Terrace in Lillooet during the early hours of the morning. He stated he heard his truck start up outside his residence and subsequently drive away. The truck was a green 2012 Dodge Ram pick up (BC License Plate RM5346). On April 7, 2024 a caller reported the rear window on her white 2019 Volkswagen Jetta was broken between April 5 to April 7 while parked outside her residence on Mountainview rd in Lillooet. On April 8, 2024 while patrolling near Lytton, an RCMP member conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on Hwy 1 as no license plate was observed. The member could smell an odour of alcohol and the driver also admitted to recent alcohol consumption. The driver was given a lawful suspicion demand to blow into an approved screening device (ASD) to determine the alcohol levels in his body. The driver subsequently produced a fail result on the approved screening device (ASD) for alcohol above the legal limit in his system. He was immediately prohibited from driving for 90 days and his vehicle was impounded. The matter was referred to ICBC.

On April 11, 2024 a caller reported his vehicle, a black 1997 Dodge 2500 pickup (BC License Plate VJ6939) was stolen from the 4 Pines Motel in Lillooet. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Lillooet-Lytton RCMP, please reference Lillooet-Lytton RCMP file 2024-666.
Assault

On April 12, 2024 a man attended the Lillooet shelter with injuries to his head/face, he appeared to have been assaulted but did not disclose what happened. A Lillooet RCMP member attended and convinced the man to get assessed by BC ambulance service. He was reluctant but was assessed and subsequently refused to go to the hospital and wished to sleep at the shelter. He did not answer any questions on how he incurred the injuries. He was provided a business card by member if he wished to make a report.

On April 13, 2024 a caller reported an elderly man driving a brown dodge pick up truck with a camper was unable to maintain his lane driving north on Hwy 1 from Spences Bridge. A Lytton RCMP member conducted patrols for the vehicle, the vehicle was not located.
Curfew checks

On April 14, 2024 a Lillooet RCMP member conducted on going curfew checks of a man on 24-hour house arrest at his residence in Lillooet. The man presented himself to police and was compliant with his conditions.
