Join us this weekend at the Hap Parker arena in the Recreation Complex to cheer on the police vs firefighters as they battle it out for charity!

Puck drops at 6pm but doors open at 5pm so come early to get an autograph and photo with special guests Canucks mascot Fin the orca and Canucks alumni Dave Babych and Doug Bodger! Babych and Bodger will be on ice during the game and Fin will be mingling with the crowd.

The live action continues during the first and second intermissions with a U7 Queens team match up and a Finding Fin challenge!

The concession and beer gardens will be open. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the RCMP detachment, the Fire hall, Taws, 460 Realty or at the door.

All proceeds from the game will be split evenly between the Powell River Professional Firefighters Charitable Society Feed the Kids program and Cops for Cancer. www.powellriverfirefighters.ca and www.support.cancer.ca
