The West Shore RCMP are currently investigating a report of an indecent act.
The incident took place on May 31 at approximately 6:55 p.m., in the grassy area directly beside Walmart located at 860 Langford Parkway, Langford. The grassy area runs alongside Phipps Rd and Langford Parkway.
Police learned a 14-year-old girl was sitting in the field at this location when she was approached by an adult male who made sexual comments to her and began pulling down his pants. The girl was not physically harmed. She immediately got up, left the area and called for help.
Police are requesting the public assistance in identifying the suspect in the video:

Video description: the video shows an open grassy area with a the suspect walking through it. Suspect is wearing a red baseball cap, darker colored top, black shorts and dark colored shoes.
The suspect is described as;
- Male with tanned skin color;
- In his 30’s;
- Approximately 5’3 tall;
- Medium build;
- Darker colored hair
- Blue eyes;
- Wearing a darker colored top and black shorts, dark colored shoes with red baseball cap.
