The West Shore RCMP is seeking public assistance in identifying a woman believed to be involved in a shoplifting and fraud investigation.

On June 29, 2022, the West Shore RCMP received a report of a shoplifter at a business in the 800 block of Langford Parkway. The woman allegedly tried to leave the store with unpaid merchandise and fled before police arrived on scene.

Investigators spoke with a witness at the business who said prior to the alleged theft, the woman made a transaction where it is believed she used fraudulent identification.
