On March 23, 2023 police received a report that a pedestrian was hit while crossing Trail Ave at Dolphin St, Sechelt BC.
On March 22 between 2:00pm – 2:10pm the female was walking North on Trail Ave crossing Dolphin St on the east side of the sidewalk when a 4-door purple or blue sedan rolled the stop sign. The vehicle hit her right leg causing coffee to spill on the hood before the vehicle left the scene. There were minor injuries reported to police at this time.
Sunshine Coast RCMP are asking the driver to contact police about this incident.
