The Sunshine Coast RCMP want to thank the public who joined them at the Daily Roast in Sechelt for the first "Tea with a Mountie" get together last Wednesday.
There were some great conversations and questions posed to some of the RCMP members who attended. "We were honored to spend this time together with no agenda, just honest and informative conversations between us and our local community" said Corporal Phil Atoui. The RCMP were surprised to receive a beautiful RCMP tea cup and saucer as a gift which will be brought to future events. Staff Sgt. Martin Guay, Sgt. Jen Prunty and Corporal Atoui are seen in the photo below showing off the beautiful gift.
The next Tea with a Mountie is scheduled for December 28th at Straight Coffee in Wilson Creek from 10- 11am, we hope to see you there!
