Hey Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows! I’m Corporal Craig Gibson and I am new to the Ridge Meadows RCMP, coming over from Surrey.
I am excited to be joining our terrific Mental Health Unit and serve this community.
Our Mental Health Unit works closely with several community partners in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows, by monitoring, engaging with, and making referrals for high risk clients facing mental health challenges.
We also provide resources and guidance for other police officers when they respond to calls that require engaging with mental health clients.
I enjoy being out in the community speaking with clients in person, and I am happy to be serving in this community, and joining the incredible Ridge Meadows RCMP team.
