Richmond RCMP City Centre Community Police Office welcoming the public as part of Doors Open Richmond 2023.

Richmond RCMP is pleased to take part in the 16th annual Doors Open Richmond June 3, 2023. Richmond RCMP will be hosting their public event at the City Centre Community Police Office (CPO).

Giving the public an opportunity to meet police officers in their community is an essential part of creating positive police community relations, says Corporal Roy Wong, Richmond RCMP Community Engagement Team, My team works hard to break down barriers so that the community can connect with us outside of our operational calls for service. This event is an opportunity for the public to ask questions and get to know the officers policing their community.

Doors Open Richmond is presented annually by the Richmond Museum. To learn more about it visit the Richmond Museum website.

Richmond RCMP officers, with the support of Richmond RCMP volunteers, will be set-up in front of the CPO with a wide range of activities and information, including:

We will also have a variety of police vehicles on hand to view and our spin the safety wheel for kids to test their safety knowledge and receive a prize.

Richmond RCMP City Centre CPO is located 6931 Granville Ave. Doors Open Richmond will take place June 3rd, 2023 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.

Join us for a fun filled, informative event for all ages.

Richmond RCMP City Centre CPO officially opened to the public in April of 2022 and offers a variety of front counter services. To learn more about the services available visit the Richmond RCMP website.
