• Assault with a weapon
• Mischief under $5000
• Fail to comply with release order

Russell Dale McDermid is described as:

• Caucasian male
• 5’8 (173 cm)
• 201 lb (91 kg)
• Brown hair
• Blue eyes
• Tattoo on right hand of the word free
