• Theft of motor vehicle;
• Possession of stolen property;
• Mischief; and
• Breach of release order

Devin is described as:

• Caucasian;
• 5'8 (173 cm);
• 141 lbs (64 kg);
• Bald (grey/brown hair on side); and
• Brown eyes
