Power outage following two vehicle collision

The road has now reopened.
Surrey RCMP is on the scene of a two vehicle collision at the intersection of 142A Street and 64 Avenue. There were no significant injuries to either driver however the collision has knocked over a power pole, resulting in a power outage. The outage is affecting traffic lights at 142A Street and 64 Avenue as well as 144 Street and 64 Avenue. Residences and businesses in the area are also affected.
Traffic is being diverted and drivers travelling in the area can expect delays and should consider alternate routes.
BC Hydro is on scene and the repairs are anticipated to take several hours.
