Lansdowne collision, two taken to hospital

One lane on Lansdowne Street has reopened and two people have been transported to hospital, following a collision between 5th and 6th Avenue this morning.

On July 18, 2023, around 11:40 a.m., emergency responders were called to the 500-block of Lansdowne Street for a report of a motor vehicle collision involving two cyclists and an SUV. Both cyclists were transported to hospital with unknown injuries. A police presence remains on scene as officers, including those from the Municipal Traffic Unit, continue to investigate. The roadway is expected to fully reopen shortly.
