Coquitlam RCMP investigating structure fire

On June 4th, 2022, at 12:42 a.m., Coquitlam RCMP and Coquitlam Fire Department attended a structure fire at CABE school in the 1400 block of Foster Avenue, Coquitlam.

Multiple Coquitlam Fire crews attended the scene and the fire was extinguished. No injuries have been reported.

The cause of the fire is undetermined at this time and the Coquitlam RCMP Arson Unit have assumed conduct of the investigation.

Police are seeking anyone with information or anyone with any dash cam or any available business or residential surveillance footage to contact Coquitlam RCMP non-emergency phone number at 604-945-1550 and quote file number 2022-13914. Constable Paige Kuz, Coquitlam RCMP Media Relations Officer states, "assistance from the public is critical in these types of investigations, no one tip or detail is too small, any information you may have regarding this investigation is valuable to us."
