Langley RCMP seeking witnesses following indecent act on local trail

The Langley RCMP is requesting the public’s assistance following an indecent act that occurred on a trail in the 5600 block of 211 Street.

On April 5, 2025, at approximately 4:20 p.m., officers responded to a report of an indecent act allegedly committed by a man on the trail. Upon arrival, police arrested a 36-year-old Langley man in connection with the incident.

There were several key witnesses who left the area before police arrived. We’re asking those individuals to come forward and speak with investigators, said Sergeant Zynal Sharoom of the Langley RCMP. Their information could be crucial to advancing the investigation.

Anyone with information who has not yet spoken with police is asked to contact the Langley RCMP and reference file number 2025-10005.
