• Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offense

Joshua Joseph Michael Bowser is described as:

• Caucasian male
• 5’10 (178 cm)
• 161 lb (73 kg)
• Black hair
• Blue eyes
• Tattoo on his neck of the word Katie
