Police seeking witnesses to night-time shooting

Prince George RCMP is looking to speak with anyone who might have information on a late-night shooting that occurred on July 15, 2024 on the 1000-block of Liard Drive.

Police were advised by an employee at this location that sometime during the night of July 15 into July 16, a bullet had struck one of their windows, though it did not penetrate fully into the residence.

Thankfully there were no injuries in this incident and police are currently looking to find who may have shot at the home. If anyone has any information about this event, or has dash camera or video surveillance with information that relates to this investigation, they are encourage to call the Prince George RCMP non-emergency line to speak to a police officer, states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.
